  6. Your very own feedback - Every time a courier is accepted for a delivery the user will have a chance to leave feedback (either positive, neutral or negative) for the courier and vice-versa. Using this you can get a quick snapshot of the levels of service this user has experienced.

  7. But we take it one step further - Not only is there this feedback, but each time you have the chance to leave a comment describing your experience. And finally to go along with this we have our detailed feedback component. This gives you the chance to rate your courier on three levels: communication, delivery time and service.
