Our couriers are encouraged to send us their insurance details when they sign up to findmycourier.com. If they choose to do this they will receive a 
verified icon next to their username whilst bidding. We always recommend you accept bids from our verified users to maximise your safety.
Paying the safe way
You have two options when it comes to payment. You can either pay a deposit when securing a delivery. Whilst this is perfectly acceptable, you will have to make arrangements to pay the courier after this.
We have fully integrated PayPal® with findmycourier.com* so you can now pay the entire balance to the courier straight away. This means the courier knows the delivery is paid for in advance and you don't need to hand over any card details or cash on the day of delivery. Just look out for the 
accepts PayPal® icon. All this whilst taking advantage of the comprehensive protection offered by PayPal®.
*Couriers have the option not to accept PayPal®.
